What are the system characteristics that can be monitored, diagnosed, and/or reported?
The below system characteristics can be monitored, diagnosed or reported-- Communication issues – The devices that are unreachable are marked in Red color (triangular icon).
- Devices that do not respond to version queries via gateway can be identified
- Network latency – Can be identified by a network test using the gateway
- Online/Offline device status- Unreachable devices are marked in the Web UI
- Device errors – Can be identified by the Group retry mechanism in the Web UI
- Component failure – Component failure can be identified by options to check DALI device Health Status, both DALI device failure and System failure can be identified.
