What are the pre-requisites for Occupancy reports data to be accurately recorded?
To ensure that accurate data is available in the Occupancy Reports, the below are required-
- A wireless sensor (Either Cyrus F, Cyrus AM or Cyrus DM) needs to be present in the area for which data is to be recorded.
- Wired sensors (usually from partner companies) need to be connected to the respective sensor input pins of the controllers.
- There has to be a gateway (Enor E, Enor U) in the ecosystem, with an active connection to the cloud via the internet.
