How to verify if the settings configured using the Lumos Controls mobile app are in sync with the device? (Hidden)
If your device displays unexpected behavior, you can perform a diagnosis to verify if the settings stored on the device and the app are in sync.
To perform diagnosis:
- Go to the 'Devices' tab
- Click on the
icon of the device
- Select the 'Additional Settings' option and choose 'Diagnosis'
- Click on the 'Check' button to check if the app and device are in sync
- If the app and device are in sync, a corresponding message will be displayed
- If the app and device are not in sync, you can sync it by choosing:
- Sync the device with the app or
- Sync the app with the device
